To process orders and communicate with you we process in particular:

• Name, shipping address, email, phone
• Order and payment data (payments via Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
• Technical data (IP, browser) as needed for operations, security and analytics

Processing for contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (c), and where needed legitimate interests (f) such as fraud prevention and shop security.

Newsletters only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); withdraw anytime.

To fulfil orders we use service providers including:

• Stripe – payment processing
• EU fulfillment partner (shipping) – shipping data only as needed
• Hosting and email providers

Transfers outside the EEA only with appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs).

Order and invoice data are kept as required by commercial and tax law. Other data are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
